One
It remembers everything your business does
Every organisation runs on a constant stream of messages, emails, files and tickets. People forget them, files get lost, things get deleted. Telha quietly keeps a copy of all of it, inside your own systems, never ours. Think of it as your organisation's long-term memory.

It turns that pile into connected facts
Telha doesn't just store documents. It reads them and pulls out the who, the what and the when (people, decisions, messages, incidents) and links them together, like a map of what actually happened. So instead of "here are five thousand files, go and search," you get "here's the person, the decision they made, and the email where they made it."

It never rewrites the record
This is the part that matters most. Telha behaves like a ledger, not a database: you only ever add to it, you never rewrite it. When something changes, Telha doesn't paint over the old version; it keeps it and adds the new one beside it, each stamped with the time. It works like the version history in a shared document, but for everything. Even "deleting" only adds a note saying when it was removed. Nothing is ever quietly erased, and that's exactly what makes the record trustworthy. A memory no one can secretly edit is one you can rely on in a dispute.

It remembers three different times
For every fact, Telha keeps three clocks: when it was true in the real world, when Telha first learned of it, and when the original source recorded it. That's what lets you ask "what did we actually know back in March?" and get an honest answer, instead of today's version pretending it was always understood.

Nobody can just go rummaging
All of that memory stays sealed. No one can freely search it. When there's a genuine reason (an allegation, an audit, a regulator's letter), an authorised person approves an investigation with clear limits: whose records, which systems, which dates, and for how long. Only then does a slice open, only to the named team, and everything they do is logged.

Every answer comes with its receipt
When investigators reach a conclusion, it stays tied to the exact evidence behind it, right down to the line in the original document. You can follow any finding straight back to where it came from. An AI assistant runs alongside to help summarise and join the dots, but it lives inside your walls too: nothing about the case ever leaves.
